Dexter is turning pink- well on his nose
He is a dark bay/ brown cob with a tan nose; photo taken in March, as you can see, he has black skin:
I have had him 3 years. He is 10 years old and had Laminitis before i got him, other than that he is in good health with correct weight. He lives out- no buttercups/thistles/nettles in the grass. There has been no spraying or fertilising. The pink started in the corner of his mouth along with a few white hairs. I thought his bit was a little snug so changed it for one 1/2" wider. Over the last few days the pink has spread
I have put sun cream on as a precaution but the whole of the off side has changed colour. Vet is due on Monday anyway, just wondered if anyone had come across this
