This is for all breeders to post on with regards to foals that are due in 2008 and those that are born.....

Is someone able to add all the babies due to one post ie all the babies due in March listed with their due dates and basic info and so on for April etc - that's always a nice way to see what babies are coming up as the season approaches...
 
At our stables - 2 mares due (should have been 3, but my ISH mare decided not to co-operate!)

Early May - Taisie, Welsh D X coloured mare, to El Thuder

6th June - Royal Que, 16.3 WB mare by Beachtime, due to El Thuder (Argentinus/Lady killer lines), young stallion standing at Brendon Stud, Sussex

We are very excited about both, and it will be really interesting to see two foals by the same sire, but out of very different mares ....
 
None, no mares now, just one slightly bolshy (ie very food centred) 3 year old WPCS Licenced Section C Palomino stallion about to start being prepared for SPPS grading. I co-own him with a friend and it is so much less stressful than having a GP level dressage stallion of 17.1hh I can tell you :-)
 
Just the one for me too - my WB mare (Lucky Boy line) x DWB/TB Makanakay (May Sherif) - bred me a cracking foal last year (who I still have) so hoping for similar.

Late though - due May 28.

First of ours due any day now by the looks of her. Due date is another couple of weeks but with this mare, she will decide according to the weather! The others are then due within days of each other - all due before first week of February. As you may gather - all TB's. The visitors start arriving for foalings in March onwards. All our mares have just had their first swabs ready for 2008 coverings (including ones waiting to foal).

Just the one for me too ..... Princess (Holly) is due May 2nd. Shes a bay Welsh D and has been put to Spotswood Jafecia , coloured 3/4 arab x hunter type.

Extremely excited now , its going quicker and quicker now that Christmas has been and gone

Just one for me too:

My mare by Diamond Rock out of a Trombone Mare is 7 months pregnant to Alme Des Nids, who sired this years Foxhunter Champ, Marcolas G.

She is carrying his last foal so we are very very excited, especially since they both survived her breaking her leg 10 weeks ago !!

Just one for me this year my White Clover mare is due 17th June to Drumhowan Cavalier. My dad's got three, two cob mares, both end of May and a donkey.
