YAY! The shiny dayball is back, I thought it had gone away for good!
It has certainly put Small Mum back in a good mood, we had loads of awesome yomps this week, I was in the forest park twice and we went running and I also got to go to the beach again, yay.

While we were at the beach Small Mum stopped to talk to some people. They had a weird beeping metal thing on a stick and whenever it beeped they stopped and dug a hole.
Seeing as how humans are completely ineffectual at digging holes and how I am jolly good at it, I decided to give them a helping paw. How they squealed when I covered them all in sand! They must have been so delighted with my handiwork.

We went to training club twice this week - Wednesday AND today - I am starting to get suspicious - what does this mean? I bet it has something to do with that stupid test thing.

Today it was lovely and sunny and all the people at club went bright red and crispy and some of them even went quite wet. They do smell when they get hot, do humans!
Small Mum had an awful time doing all the runny-roundy stuff with the pretty dogs and Trainer Bloke Al looked awfully uncomfortable in his big padded overalls
tongue.gif

Now they know how us big hairy dogs feel!

Well I hope it lasts for a few days because it means I get better walks and that Small Mum isn't scowling all the time.

Well I hope you have had a nice week, tell me all about it!

Hello B
The humans squeal when I give them spangle hugs, I reckon that must mean they really like it!
My human says we must start doing something called 'focus training', because she says I am easily distrac oooooh look a butterfly......

This morning mummy and daddy woke me and my brothers up and took us to the forest to see all our friends
We get so excited when we see our friends and we have a big sing song and then get to run through the trees really fast, mummy says we can do it lots more now the mornings are getting colder yiphee that makes me lots excited

I`m looking forward to my tea now I can smell tripe in the fridge mmmmmmmm yummy

Hi guys.

Not alot to say this week. Mum keeps squeezing me too tight and crying lots and saying something about not wanting to leave? Daddy says shes going back to university, but she'll be back. I hope so, I'm scared.

Off to cuddle mummy some more. Have a good week guys.

Hi All

Had a bit of a boring week - Mum took me to visit the lovely lady vet again and then she left me there..... something weird happened and I got all sleepy and when I woke up the 2 little dangly things from my boy bits had disappeared
blush.gif
Since then I've not been allowed to go for a proper walk, My boy bits have been really itchy ( I appear to have been shaved 'down there'
crazy.gif
) and I've not been allowed to lick my bits - which is one of my favoutie things to do
mad.gif

However I have found a way of passing the time..... I now have an underwear fetish! I can jump up at the washing line and grab hold of mums knickers that are drying, pull them off and run around the house with them chewing them up ...tasty! Mum doesn't seem to like me doing this as she put her grumpy face on earlier when I showed her how good I was at it ; she was muttering about the embarrassment
wink.gif
.......but my human friends Angie adn Nick seemed really impressed when I showed them yesterday when Mum deserted me to go to Blenheim!

Hello everyone
grin.gif

Today I went to one of those fun parties people throw for me (although the Tall One called it a Game Fair, there wasn't many Games as far as I could see though
confused.gif
), there were even more people there to see me than there was last week, I am exhausted after saying hello to everyone!
grin.gif

I went with my Uncles and they had to do stuff that looked suspiciously like work, suckers! Tall One took one of them (Rury
mad.gif
I hate him, little creep
mad.gif
) and did something called a Scramble - He had to go in the water and fetch a Dummy (which doesn't look anything like the Other Tall One, so I'm not sure why it's called that
confused.gif
) then run around a big pond and get in a boat, go across the pond and fetch another Dummy, then run back through a gate and onto a bale.
Well, first of all the stupid mutt didn't know he had to go with the Tall One (even I know that!) then he fell out the boat and had to be lifted out (I bet I could of jumped out!) The Tall One nearly fell in, I'm not sure if she can swim, so I might have had to rescue her!! (Now I can swim and everything!!!) But apparently (I'm not so sure) he was really good and the Tall One gave him one of MY treats
mad.gif

I got a Dummy all of my own, and after watching those big dogs doing all that retrieving it looks quite fun so I was pretty pleased about that and even offered to carry it for a while, but the best thing of all was the Tall Ones bought one of those Rabbits to wrap aroud it - YUM
grin.gif
Although it smells a bit funny, and doesn't seem to have any inside bits or a head, those are my favourite bits too
mad.gif

The Tall One has seemed really pleased with me this week, I think that's why she threw another party for me, although last weeks one was better as we were there for 3 whole days, my Stinky Uncles didn't gatecrash AND the Tall Ones slept out side - I knew they'd come around to my way of thinking.
grin.gif

Oh AND, today at my Party the Lady that makes my food (I'm sure she must make it, she smelt just like it and had LOTS of bags of it) gave me a free bag of it AND said I was a very shiny, healthy looking dog - I'm hoping she wants me to help advertise, they I can get paid in Dog Food!
grin.gif

Actually that reminds me, where did they put that bag of food...

Byeeeeeee

Hiya!!
a010.gif

We have both had a fab week
a090.gif
!! Mum has been on holiday from work so we have been having lie ins in the morning and then at least 3 walks a day - its nice having mum at home but thank god she goes back to work tomorrow as we are knackered as we have to follow her around all the time to make sure she doesn't go anywhere or do anything with out us!! One day last week she said she had to poo pick a back log (no idea and we didn't ask
crazy.gif
!) so we spent over an hour hanging out in the big field with the 'houses'. I spent the entire time investigating every hedge and paddock - with a quick chat with each house - while Sweep just tootled around with the house that belongs to mum that looks like a cow - says he's scared of the others!!

Last night was very exciting as some people turned up in a big lorry with more houses - they stayed over night as they were doing a some race today but Sweep and I had such fun with them - we nicked the carrots they had bought for their houses
blush.gif
and then barked at their tent
grin.gif
- it looked like a big stone that they disappeared into!!!

Got to go now as we are soooooooooo tired
b010.gif

Smackos to you all

Hi everyone - my name's Bigley - I come to stay with my Auntie V every now and again when my Dad (her boss) goes away.
I'm a big smelly hairy golden retriever - I used to be a guide dog, but I kind of had to give that up after a little misunderstanding.....
So now I live in the countryside, in a nice house with it's very own river at the bottom of the garden, Everyone loves it when I go in the muddy bits on the bank - you should hear their screeches of delight as I come out and run over to see them covered head to toe in lovely smelly gunk!! They even wash it all off me so that I can go straight back in & get covered again! How great is that!
When I stay with Auntie V I have a great time playing in the fields where she keeps her horse - he also looks like a cow - I'm quite scared of cows though since I got chased by one. I have a great plan though - roll in cow poo so that I smell like one, and then they will take one whiff of me and realise I'm one of them! Genius! Again, everyone loves this cos they shout my name really loudly and make a right racket until I come back to them!
The only downside to my weekend was that I got zapped by a fence.....now how does that work? I run under fences all the time and they've never got me before....Auntie V laughed at me, which I thought was a bit out of order - so I got her back and was sick when we got back to her house - that'll learn her :-)

Bye for now

Bigley x

Bruce! This also happened to me! It is apparently called 'castigation' - I haven't seen my boy bits since it happened, I looked for them everywhere and I had to stay in the house and not hoon around like a lunatic for almost two weeks
mad.gif
confused.gif

If you find yours please let me know, maybe mine have gone to the same place?

This happened to me too lots when I was a porky spangle, I was really scared and the human called me a big soft jessie and to get over it
frown.gif
But now I am a skinny spangle I can wriggle right under and eat all the poo and the human can't get me tehehehe
grin.gif

Well the problem I have is that I'm REALLY tall - freakishly tall for a retriever so I keep being told, and even though I tried to duck it still got me - but I figured as it wasn't made out of wood, it wouldn't be a problem if I brushed through it.....I got that wrong....AND I lost concentration on the ball I was chasing after, and lost it - so it was a double disaster....

Ooh I like eating horse poo too! It's yummy!

Oh you are all so lucky getting to eat house poop whenever we go see my mummies friends houses i always get told to leave their poop, she told me I am a princess and that princesses do not eat poo
When we go out in the forest there is sometimes horse poo on the trails and we get told to on by but my daddy is silly doesnt he realise pulling him about on his sled with wheels (i think this is great we dont need snow, although I like snow its nice and cold) is the most funnest thing in the world and that I want to be in front of my brother as I dont want to keep looking at his bum all the time so I have no time to eat house poop

Can I come live with you doggies, my mummy tells me I am very pretty hopefully you`ll like me

Lots of licks

Hi guys! Just me again!

What a coinkidink!
When we were out for our walk today, there was house poo stuff that you lot are talking about, all OVER the place.

Small Mum said that there was an 'enduracell race' or something at the weekend, and that is where it has all come from.
Spoilsport kept catching me scoffing all the lovely poop and kept telling me off, humph
frown.gif

Hi guys,
See you are talking about horse poo, well I have a really good tip given to me by my sort of auntie Buffy (she's not really my auntie but has been around since I came to live her, almost like a foster mum come to think of it. Anyway, she showed me that when it goes cold outside the horse poo is cold and hard and you can carry it in the house and hide it in your bed and big mum doesn't notice. Then later on it goes all soft and smelly again and is relaly yummy to eat, its good to save a a snack when big mum has gone out, but you have to make sure she doesn't find it when it has gone soft before you can eat it as she will shout a lot and take it away from you.
Enjoy , Evie

I don't much like House poo, I much prefer Jeep poo
grin.gif
We have loads of Jeeps here and the best part is that when the Tall One comes back from seeing the House she usually has Jeep Poo on her paws (strange thing is, she can take her paws off!!) and I get to munch to my hearts content when she's not looking!

Tonight i had great fun on my walk, the Tall One took the furry dummy (and the thing she bought yesterday
grin.gif
) with her, silly sausage kept throwing it away, well I wanted to keep it so I took it back to her! She was trying to make me think it was a real rabbit, so I decided her to show her what a real one looked like... Some of the silly things just sit there waiting for me to catch them, so I took her one - She seemed really pleased with it, she must have known it too, she called it Mixy... I'm a bit worried though as she got the other Tall Furry Dummy
wink.gif
to kill it
crazy.gif
I hope she doesn't do that to all her friends - I might have to buck my ideas up!!

Anyway, I'm hoping I get Mixy for dinner tonight, she wasn't my friend

Thats really strange I caught that rabbit called Mixy the other week. Big Mum took it off me and very rudely said it must have been dead already for me to get it
tongue.gif
, however she was wrong wasn't she cos Mixy obviously ran away again for you to catch it.
