Hiya, hope you all had a good week!

Small Mum has been busy walking the legs off me all this week and, yet again, I have been to training club TWICE this week, now I am really getting worried, what is going on

This week I had a special visitor called 'Tikka'. She is small and brown and white, I haven't seen anything quite like her before! When she first arrived she was super grumpy (weird - most gals usually fall for my handsome looks within minutes) and shouted at me.
So I was grumpy and shouty back.

Then Small Mum and Tikka's Mum took us into the field to do jumpies, then for a massive walk.
After a while we got on, I did try to show her my moves but she was having none of it. The humans stopped for something to eat and expected us to sit quietly and watch them -yeah, right - so we had a super-fun barking competition instead.
Then on the way home we were both allowed off the lead and we went WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE round and round in circles playing chase the whole way back to my house.
I couldn't keep up with Tikka, she was so fast!

We were almost home when, er, Small Mum's picture taky-thing, er, JUMPED into the stream in the forest. She called me 'THAT FUPPING DOG!' again

I didn't do anything! She claims I caught it with my foot as I was showing off jumping back and forth over the stream. Whatever, stupid person shouldn't have left it lying on the ground.

Anyway, we all had a lovely day and it was nice to meet Tikka. Wee Sister was well jealous when I told her all about it. She wasn't allowed to come, because Small Mum said she is 'a little bitch'. Erm, yes, she is?! What is wrong with that?!

Tell me all about your week!

Hello!

Me and the human just had a very exciting discovery - the fabled Lost Footpath of Wortham Ling, which runs off Wortham Ling (which is a kind of common near to our house). The human found this in her little map ages ago but then she couldn't find the start of it and we wandered about for ages and then she gave up and came home down the lane instead, since then we have walked there loads and looked for it but we only found it today! The human said it was just like Indiana Jones, then we found out it went through a maize field so she said it was just like Signs instead and were any aliens going to jump out. Obviously I could tell there were no aliens but I don't like my human to feel disappointed so I jumped out on her a few times instead, the first time she did the squealing thing that humans do when they're really really pleased but after the first time she said the joke had worn off and stop it now please

There's no pleasing some people. I also brought her lots of presents in the form of huge burrs which got tangled up in my fur, I know how much she loves spending hours pulling them all out - I am very considerate like that.

So now we are both super-tired explorers

Other then that we have had bones again
tongue.gif
- yummy!! - and mum is back at work so we get to sleep in the day again. My friend Spot the sheepdog got trodden on by a house last weekend so has a poorly paw so we haven't been able to hoon around as much as normal. But Spot's dad was away this weekend so he has been hanging out in the garden with us as he doesn't really do kennel rest. So even though he was supposed to be sleeping in the sunshine we did have a game of 'it' than we slept in the sunshine.

Fab weekend with lots of walks with Emma my black lab sister - we took it in turns to jump the X country jumps and the show jumps with mums nices(?)- well I like them anyway!!

Oooh I forgot something else very important - we found my chicken! He had been lost in the garden but yesterday the human did something called gardening and found him
laugh.gif

This gardening lark is a doddle, basically the human doesn't do anything until she won't fit out of the back door, then she gets big shears out and chops everything down. Turns out that Mr Chicken was under a big bush - who knew?

I keep showing him to the human to make sure she doesn't lose him again, and I don't like leaving him behind so he comes onto the sofa, the human keeps taking him off so I have to get him back on again, is this some kind of exercise programme?

Anyway I can't leave him alone, the human keeps muttering things like 'going to need to lose that stinking thing again soon' so I'd better keep an eye on him

It's not like I won't share him, I don't know what her problem is

Byeeee!

Well, you have all had a better week than me. I love going to the vets, honestly I do, all the cats to taunt, the smells to sniff and the attention from the nice man behind the table alongside treats but not this week. Nope, I am not going back.

I went in on one day of the week, how do I know the days of the week? But I know I went home that night and went back into another vet place the next day and my mum left me there. Left me. Well, I had a nice sleep and the nurse was quite cute but I woke up and had a stupid lamp thing around my neck and my eye hurt and weeped. Mum came to visit me later on in the day and I made sure I turned my back on her to punish hr but she made me feel bad by crying, what a baby, I am the one in pain I thought.

Well she convinced the vet to let me come home and I had some nice bones to chew on and was quite happy on my new bed when she took the bed out to wash it and I had to sleep on my upstairs bed. Oh and to top it all off, because I didn't snore, yep you read that right, because I didn't snore, she kept coming down in the night to "check on me". Hmph. I've stopped that though, I am snoring even louder!

Oh and the bone has been thrown in the garden cos apparently I am not allowed to dirty the new bed again - I have to admit I love that bed more than anything (apart from dinner of course) and I normally go upstairs at night but I love it too much to move (don't tell her that though).

Tonight I am determined to prove there is nothing wrong with my eye by chasing the crane-fly around the house and the spider I caught behind the door.

I can't be too harsh though, I do get walked every day for between and hour or hour and a half but doesn't time fly when you're having fun and don't you get bored of the same old walks??

Night Night x

Wow, what a week of ups and downs.

It started really well, with a fantastic walk in the woods with Mummy and my two sisters. I love it when the seasons change, all the smells are so different all of a sudden and Autumn especially so. I know that this means that soon we'll start accompanying Mummy's mother when she goes mushroom-picking. It's my favourite time of the year - I love finding mushrooms for her, and betting with Beezle to see if she keeps them or throws them away (some are edible, some are poisonous. I've been hunting for mushrooms for three years now, so I know!)

Anyway, I'm digressing now. On Tuesday, I saw Mummy pack her bag. I know what it means. It means that she is leaving us again. I overheard a conversation between her and Daddy and I learnt she is going to Germany. Those bl**dy horses again! That's the only reason why she's always flying to Germany (I know, she's taken me a few times). I am so sick of it! I HATE the useless animals, and they're so stupid too - they can't even stay or fetch! That's pretty basic stuff, you'd expect them to have learnt something by now. And ungrateful too - they won't even wag their tails when they see her, can you believe it! Saddos.

What really annoys me is that my sisters don't seem to care. Well, the crazy Italian greyhound looks a little sad at times, but then she starts licking Daddy's face and wagging her tail so she can't be that upset. Plus, trust me - she is nutty, that one. And I'm not sure she fully understand things - after all, have you ever seen an Italian greyhound's brain? It's TINY! I mean, mine is ten times as big. I know size is not supposed to matter (I've heard that phrase somewhere), but still - it's got to mean something.

Anyway, digressing again. Beezle, on the other hand, couldn't care less - all she thinks about all day is football and I think that if everybody left (Daddy, grandparents etc.) she wouldn't even notice, as long as she had her football with her.

Soo, all this to say that I miss my Mum and I feel I'm the only one missing her and this saddens me even more. I just hate it when she packs her bag - my eyes fill up with tears at the sight of the bag.

When Daddy phones her next, I will ask him to let me say a word or two. I have spoken to her on the phone in the past, and although I get overexcited to hear her voice and always end up grabbing the phone in my mouth out of excitement, it makes me happy to know she is there - at the other end of the line, so to speak. I will let you know if I do manage to speak to her.

Love to all xxx

Hiya Guys!

I've had a really boring week - as a result of being 'castigated' ( thanks B for telling me what it's called) I've had to stay 'quiet' and only been allowed out on lead walks
mad.gif
However I have devised ways of occupying myself I Last week I learnt how to pull mums knickers off the washing line - now I've learnt something even better - I can now open the dirty linen basket and retrieve all forms of mums underwear before they have beeen washed
smile.gif
Mum doesn't seem to understand they smell and taste so much better without all that flowery detergent stuff she uses! I don't think mum likes me doing this as she went all red in the face and used her really stern and scary voice after I had greeted a delivery man with one of her large Bra things held ( very symetrically i have to say) in my mouth.

other than that I have been occupying myself with doing laps around our 3 storey house and I have learnt how to vault over a double bed without touching it - Mum says shes tearing her hair out about me and can't wait until I can be walked properly again - I know what she means!

See you all soon
