Hiya everyone.

Hope you have all had a good week. Mine was really good, especially on Thursday, when I went to the beach with my friend Tikka.
We played chase for hours and hours and hours and I met her two little pet people, they were very nice and they are the same colour as Small Mum's ginger pet, but much, much tinier.
It was a much bigger beach than I usually go to and I was off the lead for ages. Towards the end we saw two of those 'house' things you lot talk about.
I *REALLY* wanted to go over and say hi to them (and ask them why the heck they were letting their Mums SIT on them

) but Small Mum said no. Spoilsport.
Small Mum and Tikka's Mum took loads of pictures of us, as usual, I think my head is getting even bigger than normal

I had to go to stupid training twice this week. As revenge for making me go on Wednesday, today, when we were having a practise of our stupid test (it is next week, I must remember to cock it up good and proper when the important German man is watching) I decided to do a nice big sloppy one right in the middle of the part where I have so sit down and mum gets to walk on without me.
It was raining too and she had a bit of bother getting it into the blue bag, hahahaha! Revenge is sweet

Well I am knackered now and very wet, so I am going to sit in my kennel and dream up new ways to embarrass Small Mum next week.

Hiya!!

Well our week has gone pretty much as normal - I have been extra good this week and have been getting lots of treats as I come back everytime Mum calls and I even walked through the field of woolly hooligans off my lead at mums side!!

She was really pleased about that

- mad woman doesn't she realise that I know she has a pocket full of biscuits to give me??!!

This weekend has been realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly dull as Mum has something called swine flu

- I bet she has got it from all those bacon sandwiches she eats

.........anyhoo it means we didn't get a proper walk today - St Sweep doesn't mind as he just cuddles up with her and snoozes but I'm too big. Anyway she did get us two mahoosive bones yesterday so I have been out in the garden giving them all my attention.

I hope Mum is better soon - I miss my walks.

Hi

I am writting this from my sick bed, where I have been confined since coming in from my walk this evening. I don't quite know what happened, but I was walking with mum over to do the 'houses' which entails walking along the esge of the River Cuckmere ( very scenic apparently - I'm just interested in the bunnies and cow poo

) I decided to go down into the river to get a drink and I must have slipped, cos next thing I knew I was in the river ( no great problem for such an accomplished swimmer as I am

) But with a massive pain in my leg - it was so bad I yelped! Cue mum running across the really soggy bit of land where the tide had been in earlier as I hauled myself out with my front legs, draggin my poorly left l;eg behind me - Mum was really worried cos she didn't know what had happened - she checked me over for cuts (none) and gave my poorly leg a big rub and flexed all the joints which seemed to help. I was then really brave and showed her I could walk - just about - so we jointly decided to carry on to the yard ( which was closer than home) By the time we reached the yard it was alot better - a bit sore still through. Mum thought it'd be a good idea to not let me run around, so tied me up. I thought that was a bloody stupid idea! I decided that if I was not going to be allowed to chase bunnies I'd do some singing practice.She did allow me to go to the field with her to collect Bert ( my favourite House friend), so i took the opportunity to chase a couple of bunnies - after that mum tied me up again

and wouldn't allow me to go with her to collect Bill and Barnaby ( Have often wondered how mum ended up with all her animals having names starting with B - she does often call the wrong name

)

Anyway - i wasn't allowed to walk home, but got a lift in a rather posh new Landrover - mum had to lift me in and out! but I do think I should always travel in such luxury!

Poorly leg is now a bit stiff - but I am sure it'll be fine - i certainly don't want to go to the vets again!

We went to flyball training indoors on saturday evening. Mum and Dad thought that Skye wouldn't like it 'cos it is sooooo noisy with all those doggies barking with excitement but she proved them totally wrong and was just brilliant.

Jess and I are used to it and I even celebrated by running much faster than usual. I surprised everyone tee hee.

Anyway, coming home from training Mum said "shall we go out somewhere tomorrow as the weather is so lovely.
WRONG.

as you all know it poured and was windy, but we went anyway. We were taken to see some horses who are waiting to find new homes when they are better

(WHW Mum says it is called)) and we had a lovely walk around the fields and visited a special tree that Mum had bought in memory of a horse.

We had to stay on our leads though. Boring!

However, the rain had stopped by then so afterwards we were taken to a nearby forest and had a great time running around and chasing our ball. we loved it.

It is great to visit new places. Loads of different scents etc.
Also it was good trining for our part in the Big Dog walk which Mum says we are doing in a couple of weeks. Any of you doing it?

My human has been twitching a lot this weekend. I think it is called Cold Turkey because the internet died. Maybe it has swine flu too?

Goya, which WHW did you visit? I have been to one too, maybe we have been to the same one! I got into Big Trouble for eating poop (I was only trying to help the grooms by saving them a job

)

I have had a lovely week helping my human to catch a mole and digging lovely holes all over the garden where I can smell it's trail.
My humans keep coming out of the house to see how many holes I've managed.

I have refused to wash the soil off my muzzle but the water bowl seems to have a layer of mud at the bottom now
