Hiya everyone,

Hope you had a good week!

Mine was pretty boring - Small Mum has been working a lot so I have been going out with Big Mum and the V.E.T person a lot (I still refuse to believe she is one of those, she is FAR too nice).
Big Mum has been training Wee Sister and I am starting to get nervous, they are getting quite good. Small Mum claims not to be at all jealous, but I'm not so sure!

So it's just been piling around the woods this week, I got four hours in the big forest park twice, which was fun, but the V.E.T is a bit of a spoilsport as she wouldn't let me play in the river like Small Mum does. So I just took her right on in there anyway, lead or no lead. She kept saying a word like 'fug' only in foreign-ish.
Apparently she is Spanglish. Does that mean she is related to Henry, Sweep and Otto?

Today was club day and just like last week, it was very cold and there wasn't much training going on, the humans all just hid in the clubhouse and drank lots of tea.
The only thing they did do was make us practise our long downs. Basically that means that they make us lie down in a spot - then run back to the club house and drink more tea and watch us out of the window. So unfair!

So, tell me all about your week - did I hear some of you had a super fun time at the beach?

I've had a lovely week - my food-people have obviously realised that a lady of my advancing years needs somewhere cosy to sleep, so they've put a lovely fluffy bed for me right in front of the fire. They keep calling it a rug, but I know what it really is! I've barely moved from that spot all week. Life is good...

Sounds you have had a quiet week, Bit like my own *yawns* I've been mostly lazy today, Mum has been about the house all day today, We went for a quick run up to the river and back, No swimming today as it would freeze the .... Oh yeah I don't have them .... Funny neither do you B *hehe* .

Anyhoos we really must get another run out again ....You could say to your small mum and maybe organise something ....say before their big meet or whatever it is they are going on about ....Do you think we will be invited B ?? More than likely not ... NO FAIR

Hope to see you soon B even though you do send me flying at times .... Well thats when you can catch me slow coach

Hello, Henry here!

B, that spanglish lady can't be related to me, or she would have been delighted to be in the water

I have been to the beach and met St Sweep (too good for his own good), Max-i-moose (my kind of dog although he wouldn't share his fish

) and Missy (she is really very very big)! I liked them all very much we had lots of fun. Although the day would have been better if the human had let me share the other sitting down humans' food. You could tell they were happy to see me, they made lots of happy squeaky noises and flapped around a bit. I was very embarrassed at the lack of social grace my human showed, grabbing me like that! Honestly, she has no breeding at all

Today I have been swimming in the river and got all c-c-c-c-c-c-cold and sh-sh-sh-sh-shaky

All nice and warm now though, the human moved my bed next to the radiatormerator thingy, which was all toasty, and I had my special jumper on too. She keeps muttering about something called a gas bill (what's a gas bill, it is like duck bills?) but I just made sure I looked extra pathetic so she kept the heat up. Lovely

Please could I join in?? For those who don't know me, I'm a 9 month old JRT called Jack

Over the last few weeks I've been a bit of a poorly dog, and my people couldnt understand why. I've spent lots of time at the vets, and taken lots of tablets but I was still poorly.

This week I ended up being rushed to the vets again, because I was bleeding from my mouth and shaking again, vet sent me home with painkillers and antibiotics, and next morning my mum found me in my bed, I'd wet myself and was shaking lots. Back to the vets I went where they booked me in for tests, and I went back home. That afternoon I felt funny again, so went back to the vets, and this HUGE GSD barked at me, and I had what the vet lady called 'a fit'. I stayed in overnight but it was all too interesting and I didnt sleep a wink!

I came home, and went for a walk with my best buddy 'Dude' who's a lab, came home, fell asleep and my mum says I had another funny turn. I don't know, I just woke up very scared and covered in mess

.

The vet says I've got to go for a scan and lots of tests to check if I might have something called Epilepsy.

This afternoon mum and dad went out to the supermarket and I had another accident in my bed

and felt very confused and drunk again. Mum bathed me and cuddled me until i felt better. She had wet stuff coming from her eyes, I don't know why.... but it made me want to cuddle up to her more until I fell asleep.

I don't understand at all. I'm still a baby but mum says I'm like an old man when this happens. It's very tiring and I sleep lots.

My new vets have been lovely people, they give me a biscuit or a chew when i go in, and they've told mum they promise to find out what's wrong with me.

Mum's said i can go and pla gently with Dude again tomorrow, and I'm hoping to see Lucy, my little Bichon Frise girlfriend who had pups last week (they're not mine!!) though mum said she won't be at the park for a while, but I don't think she can stay away from me for that long

Evening all!!

Well Sweep and I are supposed to be tired but we aren't!!

Mum is a bit annoyed with us becasue we have been running around being annoying here today!!

We went to the beach yesterday and met Henry *waves at Henry*

and he is wicked!!

If he lived nearer we could be bestest friends as he is just like me - shoves his paws in his ears and goes lalalalalalala instead of listening to Mum!!

We had a ball at this place - it was called a beech and we went in the C - it was bigger and scarier than the brook and it tasted funny

- it was flippin' cold to - although our other new friend Missie didn't mind as she has this huuuuuuuuuuuge fluffy coat!! It was wicked at the beech as I kept finding these skellington things with a tail - Mum said they were fish? - and the tasted yummy!!

Henry and Missie wanted me to share - but not likely - they could find their own!! Henry and I had a good game of it - we ran round and round for no good reason it was soooooooooooooo much fun!!!

St Sweep was good.....

Anyhoo when we got back in the car we snuggled up together for a snooze (St Sweep was in his poncy new coat

) when mum stopped at the fish and chip shop - she said they were the best fish and chips - and let us have a couple of chips and the skin from the fish which was yummy and hot and then we slept all the way home.

Hope we can go to the beech again and some more of you can come and play - its wicked!!!!

Hello again peeps!

Poor you Jack - I was in and out of the vets for months before they found out what was wrong with me. Apparently I am a 'sensitive big sh!t' and I have to be on special diets and I have to get bathed all the time, meh!!!
My mate Swampy has what you have, he takes special pills but he is fine.

Tikka - yes, we must meet up soon so I can splat you. Come here! I CAN catch you!!!
