Hello fellow woofers - Henry here.

Well it has been a funny old week here in Naaahfolk! The human started it off with that 'orrible long line thing - I don't know where she got the idea for it from, but basically it is a very long bit of rope that the humans attach to you, so that you can then go and wrap it around as many tree, bushes, fences, people and other dogs as possible. I thought I was getting quite good but then the human took it off again, which was soooo exciting I just HAD to run and run and run and run and run for aaaaages! I had lots of fun although the human seemed quite upset when I got back eventually, not sure why

The human must have been very upset because then she vanished

I went to stay with my auntie and uncle instead. I like it there cos they are very soft, and they even gave me sausages (well, they turned their back on some sausages on the worktop, which means they were for me, right?)

When the human came back she brought all this white stuff called snow with her. I like snow, it is very exciting stuff

Also the human has been at home for three whole days and we have been for very very long snow walks, which she says will also raise money for Help for Heroes. I am pleased to say that the human's training is coming on very well, she has now started to bring chicken on walks with her, and she is finally taking an interest in fun stuff like hedge bottoms and ditches and rabbit holes and things, so I am rewarding this by staying closer. She's a bit thick but I knew she'd click in the end

Today she got me to run backwards and forwards across the path alot, she says this is called quartering and was very pleased. Although she did say my quarters were more like one and a halves, and needed to be a bit littler

But this was a very fun game.

I am a bit worried now though cos I'm sure I just heard the 'B' word.... she wouldn't do that me, would she.....?

Yours worriedly

Henry

Yesterday these two little balls of fur ( I wont call them dogs , there more like hamsters 'chihuaha's' there called , apperently) came in and invaded MY territory . Thats right they just waltzed in and everyone was all Awww Awww . AND THEN I heard the terrible news they will be staying over christmas :O The 8 week old pup , tiny thing it is sat on mummys lap all night and I was furious . Then the bigger one tries to bite my beard so we ended up tusseling . Youngsters eh , who'd have 'em ?

But It was all good today as me and alfie got our walkies to the common
grin.gif
it was all cold and icy though and Alfie , being the lightweight that he is had to be picked up and carried most of the way XD And he was wearing a JUMPER as well

Hi guys.

I guess you are all getting snowed on too. Small Mum has kinda abandoned us this week because she says if she doesn't work and make lots of lovely money then she will have to send us away to a rescue. I *think* she is joking.

Big Mum has walked us instead and that has been nice. Small Mum is a bit of a slavedriver and makes us go for 90 minutes up hills.
Small Mum says Big Mum is a 'gerry-hat-trick' and can't make us go for so long and allows us to 'bimble' instead. I don't understand what this means?!

Today we had what Small Mum calls a 'Snow Fuggin Way Are We Going Anywhere Today' day.
She got up and took one look outside and even though it is club day, she said 'Snow Fuggin Way Are We Going Anywhere Today', threw me and Wee Sis into the playpen and then went back inside for two hours.

Then she came back out and had a massive fight with her car using a yard brush and some cat litter.

Then she went inside and she and her ginger pet came out dressed like total numpties and took us to the field for some hooning and snowball fighting.
I like 'Snow Fuggin Way Are We Going Anywhere Today' days

I wish they would happen more often.

Hi all.
We love this white cold wet stuff too. we've had loads of fun chasing snowballs as well as our tennis balls. Mum laughs her socks off when we run flat out after the ball then try to stop and pick it up. She says we look like Bambi!
Even Skye is behaving herself at the moment, but we won't say it too loud cos she might hear us and dream up another trick. Skye sends her love to Henry especially as she thinks he must have the same mindset when it comes to coming back to Mum. She also adores wrapping the long ropy thing around trees etc then watching while Mum tries to untangle everything.
Have a good Christmas one and all.
Just remember that chocolate looks and tastes good (unless it is special doggy choccy) but don't eat the human's sort or you will be very, very poorly.

Love Beau, Jess and Skye
