which is the one that applies to me, that'll teach me to look at these offers, TBH if it hadn't been on the HHO forum I wouldn't have bothered because I have never ordered a ring tone before or felt the need...wish I hadn't bothered this time
I didn't receive my ringtone and I e-mailed horse and hound directly. They sorted it out for me.
I also e-mailed that same person and explained that a lot of people were having problems. She said she would try to contact everyone directly. So if you are still having problems please e-mail HH directly and they will try and help. Saves you keep chasing and ringing etc.
