Hi and looking for advice!

Hi I have recently joined! Just wanted to introduce myself!
I have a 17.1 Irish sports mare that is very strong! I have tried her in a ll different bits and different nose bands. Had all teeth, back and saddle checked - all fine!
However she is constantly fighting me! At a loose end and not sure what to do as all the enjoyment has gone!
