My horse has more arthritis than me, but we are both officially middle aged ?
Hoping for genuine advice instead of FB keyboard warriors ??

Me too! Knees are the main offenders as were hocks for my old chap! I have had a break of a couple of years but now planning to find myself another horse!

Keep going, painkillers, bute and wine (not sure who gets what!)

FWIW, my joints a getting a bit knackered too. Oh, the joys of getting older.....;)

I had noticeable success using a joint supplement for our older gelding. I noticed they did a human version and it definitely makes a difference - as in I notice when I've forgotten to take it!

For my knees, thumbs and (randomly) big toes
