Hi Didn't Pee!!

Just a quick question because I have become a bit addicted to this site lately....My horse comes in every night from about 4pm and goes out at approx. 8am. He is always quite clean but there is always a massive wet patch in the box where he pee'd. Last 2 mornings box has been dry. Still normal 8-9 poo's but no pee?? Nothing changed, drinking the same amount each night (30 litres approx). Should I be worried?? Vet coming Monday for SI issues so can discuss with him but just wondered what dry nights could mean....any ideas??

Could just be that he had his massive pee just before he came in and his normal night-time pees have been covered up in his bedding. I wouldn't worry if he is drinking as normal and has not swollen up like the Michelin Tyre man!

My 14.2 often does not pee while in overnight (saves a lot of bedding) but when he does he floods the place. He has to be first out and have his breakfast in the field--if I start mixing his feed the excitement causes a long pee!! Clearly has large capacity bladder!!
If he has to stay in for farrier I take him for a walk outside and whistle until he performs
Ive never managed to train his best friend though!!
