Hi im new and confussed lol (sorry if this is in the wrong place)

Hi all

I dont have a horse at the mo been out for the last few years due to having my son didnt think i'd have the time lol and god have i missed it
Im getting 2 on loan should be here next month sometime 1 highland x arab and 1 cob
I've been riding since i was knee high and cant wait to get my son into it buts hes more into his cars at the min hes only 2!!
Im 24 married and living in south wales

Now for the confussed bit lol over the past few days theres been loads of weird posts lol and im not quite sure how to take them are you joking are they for real lol is arguing a regular thing hehe (please say no)

So thats me hope to get to know you all and pick up some new tips x

Well there is some arguing some times can get quite fun (in a way)

But if your talking about the one's saying they were leaving HHO Like Thomas Tank ect?

They were joking I think everyone was waiting for some good posts all a little bored so it was all just for fun if you know what I mean.

The one in the middle was me (14) with my arab x jack he was the love of my life lol sadley hes not with us anymore

the another is seamus the cob i have coming next month i dont have a pic of the highland but hes another jack

There are arguements on here sometimes, or perhaps call them "heated debates" i think that sounds better, but like flowerlady said they can be quite fun and they do make some good reading. You'll learn who the trolls are on here and know to avoid them hehe!

Hello Newby,

Forums are for sharing experiences, exchanging views, giving advice, letting of steam and also seeking encouragement and support.....you'll find all this here.

However everybody has different opinions because everyones horses are different, so what works for some people and there horses might not work for then next person so of course your entitled to have slightly different opinion.

Differences of opinions are inevitable on all forums and yes there will be the odd argument, its a shame when it gets personal and people start name calling ...gets a bit a like school playground sometimes lol

which I'm sure most people will agree with me saying that.

My advice is take on board everyone's point of views and be open minded and don't get involved in the arguments, be polite and have a wicked sense of humour and keep it real.

Also you have to remember that posts can be taken in the wrong light because how can you tell someone's tone/manor from reading there typing...? you can't so don't be quick take things the wrong way or think that someone is being sarcastic etc. We've all got the same passion at the end of the day...horses, so really we should all have a lot in common and play nicely.
