Hi everyone!

I've been lurking for the past week or so reading everyone's posts and finally plucked up the courage to say hello!

Don't have any horses at the moment - I've been out of the horsey world for around 4 years and just got back into riding late last year.

I am now getting a 14hh Connemara x mare vetted on Thursday - I'm really excited about the prospect of owning another horse, but extremely nervous abouting the vetting. It's a nail-biting time I would never have thought my next horse would be a pony (my last horse was 16.2 ex racer), but we just clicked straight away and she's definately the one

Fingers crossed she passes the vet with flying colours

Isn't it amazing how we don't end up with what we think we'd prefer. (I was going for a 16hh warmblood type, 7-10yrs and definitely no greys, I then got a 14.2hh highland, 5 yr old, grey).
