Hello everyone, i'm new to all this so please be gentle with me! I've been reading the forum for ages and i thought nows the time to have a go. I bought my section D just over a year ago, after having a 20yr break. Oh how things have changed.

Hiya, I'm new too, also going back to horses after several years and how things have changed, been looking for something for about 6 months now and still haven't found the "right" one, used to have a couple of TB's but now as I'm an old bag I'm looking for ID X or a warmblood, anyone any suggestions ? upped budget to £2500, all I want is a happy hacker, the odd hunt and maybe small local shows, been to local dealers but have not been impressed so far !
 
Hi I'm new too. Broke my arm 4wks ago had to have op 2wks ago so 4 more wks of plaster ! can't ride so v. miserable and typing with one hand is v slow. I can only stroke Maddie and give her a brush its v depressing.

i'd probably still be riding even with my arm in plaster.
had a neck brace on before as i'd trapped nerves in my neck, i still rode, tho i nearly went flying off 1 of the race horses neck's when i was cantering along and they decided to slam on the brakes

I sympathise! I broke my leg rather badly last year (fell off SJ... or rather NOT SJ lol

) and had it screwed back together. Not nice and so miserable not being able to do anything. Broken bones HURT!
