I just thought that I would introduce myself. I own an ex-racehorse, by the name of Charlie. He is 8 years old and I have re-trained him myself. His racing name is Dashing Steve., so if anyone knows any history on him, I would love to know. I have owned him for 3 years, and have just recently move him back to the yard where I bought him from. I feel that this is the best move that he has made and that he has come HOME.

I plan to get to dressage on him in the next 2 wks at Cothi Bridge and then to try show jumping on him, the following weekend.

I schooled in the rain today, and had a very light, obedient and submissive horse, who went beautifilly. It has taken me 3 years to get Charlie to work this well. Today is the best schooling session that I have ever had on him. So thank you to all those people who have helped me.
 
Hi and welcome to the forum. Am not into TBs myself (own 4 x hairies), but lots of other members are knowledgeable about them. Charlie sounds lovely.

It's always nice to see what they have done, I managed to get a dvd from my hubby for Xmas showing Pagan Storm winning at the two he did win, it was a lovely gift.
