Hello,
I've recently been given permission to ride and generally look after two lovely horses.
I am quite confident in horse care, field and stable management etc, I'm just struggling to get the horse moving forward. She seems very reluctant to move off at all and transitions are hard work at best.
We don't school, just hack, which I kind of prefer, and obviously I'm trying to basic school when hacking.
I'm just after any advice with getting more energy into pony when out?
Any help/advice much appreciated as always.
