Hi all. New to this forum. I'm a returning rider after quite a few years. I've been back about a year and have just started to loan a horse. A 6 year old cob. Been loaning about 1 month. She's very timid. Noticed last time I tacked her up she would stomp her front hoof every now and again but do feel she's telling me something. Not in an aggressive way. Any ideas?

Hi Liz. Welcome to the forum!
I wouldn't worry too much about the foot stomping. It could have just been there were some flies irritating her. If unsure then speak to someone you feel is knowledgeable who knows the horse to see if they have any ideas or get a back person out to have a look and see if she is tight or sore anywhere.

Thanks for that. Think I worry too much.
