Hi there!

Thanks all! 😊
Teddy is a 10yr old gypsy cob x Clydie arabian. Owner is retiring from riding. He's mostly done trails/hacking. He's out of work and needs to put a lot more weight and topline on to get back to his former glory (second pic). I'll be doing a lot of ground work and connection stuff with him till his condition is better.
A coloured cob has always been my dream and they are usually very expensive here. I'll post more pics when he is home and clean! 😆

Teddy is gorgeous! Interesting to hear he’s a rare breed where you are. Are you in the wetter part of Australia or the hotter part? Judging by the pics it looks green and lush there.
Looking forward to hearing more about your journey with him 🙂 10 is a good age - when my gelding got to 10 i thought he finally has fully grown a fabulous mature strong body, and also, more importantly (lol!) his brain had matured to finally match his body 😁

I'm in one of the southern states, lot more rainfall and we get proper 4 seasons. We just came off the back of 3 years of higher than average rainfall so yes everything is green. It was drizzly and windy when I went to meet him yesterday. He is as fluffy as a yak and shedding like mad.
Thank you! I'm very excited to start our adventures together. ❤️

Welcome!

Teddy is gorgeous but I'm struggling to see the Arabian under all those flowing locks 😁

Teddy travelled well and has settled nicely in his new home. Waiting for a nice day so I give him a proper bath. A bit impatient and pushy around food, I think it was because he wasn't getting enough to eat. Hopefully he will settle down after a while.
