I’ve just seen some hi-viz advertised with the wording on the back “Slow down my cob is a knob”.
I’m personally not convinced that this is the messaging that horse riders should be conveying to other road uses.
Surely if something happened like the horse kicked out or worse sat on a car bonnet the rider nor the horse would have any comeback because you are actually accepting liability by saying your horse is a knob. Which questions why would you be on the road in the first place?
I really can’t see these as having a good outcome apart from a little bit of giggle for those horsey bods that do walk around calling their horses knobs, twats and other delightful terminology.
