Hi,

I am glad to be here, and hoping that you will all help me learn more.

I have been riding on and off for 10 years, but just recently become more involved.

I have a lesson once a week, and have just started sharing a Riding School pony one day a week.

And there are many times I feel as if I don't know what I'm doing and would love some experts to give me a view on stuff.

Hope so!

:)

Welcome.

Perhaps have a look at the BHS website to see if there are any Essential Horse Knowledge Certificate courses in your area? It will help you understand the basics.

For a good all round book, the Manual of Horsemanship from the Pony Club is well worth the investment.
