Hi I have a few spot Appaloosa that is said to throw gray. She has pink skin was born a true few spot .her base color is chestnut. How can they say she is gray if neither parent was? She has had 3 foal 2 chestnuts with spotted blankets an the 3rd the guy that had her last said she had a Grey with blanket. Impossible. Can someone explain
