It's been on a few times this week and is quite disappointing I think. Hopefully Spruce Meadows TV will do one in time which will cover more of his life as a younger horse etc. the H&C one just focussed on his Olympic win, the WEG final and a World Cup jump off. Don't get me wrong it is a nice tribute but not really a show about his life

Oh really?
I saw the advert and thought great, but maybe its built up to be a good program but it not.

Don't get me wrong it is nice to watch and is touching in places but there was no real history of him!

The programme goes through Hickstead's biggest wins with lots of footage of the the other horses in these big jump offs and, while it was fun to watch, it didn't tell you anything about the horse. If anyone spots a different programme please flag it up here. Thanks!
