Hickstead Derby or RIHS?

Hello all!

Have finally persuaded the parents to take me to a show

Looked at different shows, and Hickstead is a manageable distance. The questions is, which (in your opinion) is better as a spectator, the Hickstead Jumping Derby or the RIHS? Both are held on dates that we can do.

IMO, RIHS is much better both for shopping and for jumping. Mum and I went to the Derby instead of our usual Royal International trip last year, and both said we'd not go again. RIHS all the way!

Both if the weather is ok. Every time I have been it has been soooooooooooooo hot I wanted to die , so if you can leave the decision that late check the weather forecast and go when its not too hot!!!

i prefer the nations cup day at RIHS more internationals (obviously)

RIHS does look fab, they have the Mini horse championship and side saddle too!
