high liver enzymes, low red blood cells, high white cells

Hello, I am awaiting my poor pony's liver biopsy and am wondering on others experiences with outcomes, symptoms etc... I have been Googling and scaring myself silly. I'm hoping someone can give me a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm worried sick.
