Just got a free sample of ExtraFlex, and it arrived the day I tore my median collateral ligament, I tried a little bit (wet finger), just not sure how much is the correct amount, I dont have scales, would a half flat teaspoon be ok?... I assume it will not kill me.
About 5-10 grams I think, if a 250 kg pony gets 30 grams. I might be 80-90kgs
Obviously it is very reckless to take horse medicaments for human ailments, but I think I will survive, I will let you know if not!

I've done my ligament again, now in a knee brace with metal lateral supports, it seems great, came in the post overnight, could not wait for the National Health system to kick in, .... i need a referral but at the moment unable to hobble in to the medical centre.
I have recently read Feet First, and will be discarding my hi-tech walking boots which I wear for work, as the edge of the sole keeps tripping me up, this was an idea transposed from barefoot runners. I am going to put the ExtraFlex in some muesli as it is not very palatable. Anyone got any more suggestions, I have got some seaweed meal and might try that too.. anything ......
