Hi everyone, I have today taken delivery of a Masta high viz excercise sheet, now it has a fillet string on it which is fair enough, but it doesn't have any straps to put your girth through to keep the sheet in place! Am I just being thick? do they not have them any more? Will it stay in place just under the saddle? does anyone else have one? should I send it back?
Sorry for all the questions

Don't have a masta one but do have an Airborn one and that has girth straps at the bottom that the girth goes through.

Just looked up Masta's exercise sheets, can't find the hi viz one but their normal ones have a girth strap. What did the info say about it when you brought it?

Well I got it from ebay, it is brand new still in the bag, but didn't think about looking to see or asking if it had girth straps.
Argh, my own fault really...
thanks anyway

Just pop it under the saddle and off you go - my Witney exercise blanket does not have any girth straps and it fits fine and does not move. Pretty simple to sew on a couple of girth straps should you want them

I've got one- they're meant to go under the saddle. Not sure it works - haven't got around to trying it yet. Horsey is too green to do much road work...

Do you have to tuck the front corner back under the girth straps, or is the corner cut away? Sorry if that sounds a bit confusing!

TBH I have different makes of high viz and two non high viz rain sheets and the girth straps arent in the right place on any of them anyway!!! You'd probably be better to get some webbing form a haberdashers and sew on your own straps! (Or ask your mum! Thats what I do!!!
