Hillary Parren has had a bit of a shocker

For any of you who have hunted with the East Kent or the West Street Tickham and hired horses from Hillary. She had an absolute purler on Boxing day and broke the vertebra right at the top (someone medical can tell me the name). She went to hospital that day but they couldn't do anything for her (?!), so two days later went to the physio in phenomenal pain. Sure enough physio sends her straight to hospital and she has been there ever since. It makes me go cold to think that the slightest movement in the wrong way could have left her in less than a wheel chair.

Anyway, Hil is one of my oldest friends and actually got me into horses, and whilst she might kill me for this I'm sure she'd love to get home to lots of good wishes. I'm sure that anyone who knows her, loves her and would want to send their best wishes. If you don't have her address, then just drop me a PM.

I don't know her personally but best healing vibes & speedy recovery for her.

Sounds like she was very lucky, could of ended alot worse.

Poor her. Hope for a swift recovery. Hadn't heard so I guess a lot of people haven't too so will spread the word around.
