ps. i am new to this forum and think i should of posted my question/problem on the veterinary post......sorry.....please help me and my gorgoeus murphy. he has never bucked and i'm sure if i tacked him up tomorrow he would jump a 3'3 course for me....bless him!!

hey... im new to this forum to.. and i have a problem with my mare in foal.. i wanted to ask some questions but dont no were to post anything.
 
shes is 7 years old it will be her first one and i dont really no much.. i was on a livery yard and they put a 126 month colt in the field with the mares and she got cought didnt really want it to happen neither did they, they didnt think he would do anything?? ummm... iv moved off the livery yard now and im in a field with my friend its going to be an early foal december time!!> i dont no what do do?/ do i let her have it in the field in a enclosure. or do i let her have it in stable because of the wether?? she doesnt really like been in though

Hi he is only 5 and hind lame. sPENT 5k WITH THE VET SO FAR AND AS I SAID IN MY FIRST POST, STILL HAVE NO DIAGNOSIS. I KNOW HE DOES NOT HAVE BONE CANCER OR DJD BUT THEY JUST CANT PINPOINT THE PROBLEM. IT IS GETTING VERY FRUSTRATING AND I DONT LIKE MY BOY KEEP HAVING TO GO TO HOSPITAL BECAUSE IT TAKES HIM AT LEAST 2 WEEKS TO RECOVER. THEY ARE SAYING THE NEXT STEP IS TO HAVE HIM BACK IN HOSPITAL TO NERVE BLOCK THE SACROILIAC JOINT AGAIN!! under ultrasound and then he will possibly need shock wave therpay but i'm still not convinced that a completely sound young horse can go so chronically lame so quickly when i have only done bsic schooling with him.
