Calling all Horse Muscle Boffins
Please indulge me with muscles that form the 'hamstring muscle group' as I'm a litttle bit confused and need it putting into simpler terms so I can visulise it better.
Bicep Femoris (which is split into three, vertebral, middle and caudal)
Semi- tendinosus (the long thin one from the bottom area down the back and stops at the rear of the gaskin area)
and this when I get cofused, which is the 3rd? is it the Semi-membransus?
and is the gracilis under the Bicep Femoris, as in muscles under other muscles?
Any explanation of the above would be much appreciated
