Considering viewing a horse who had this procedure 3/4 years ago. Has anyone had any experiences of horses who have had this done?

My mare had this done 4 months ago. She has been sound from day 1.
Whether I would buy one that has had it done would depend on what level of work I wanted from it.
Josie's was an especially bad injury, and she will never jump again. She hates schooling so she'll be a happy hack/fun ride/pampered princess.
However I do know of horses that have gone on to event etc very successfuly.

Mine had this done nearly 4 yrs ago and has been absolutely fine and in fact competes at a higher level than she did pre op. Not sure if I would buy one with this having been done but it is now an almost routine procedure and many have had the op. Acc. to my vet as the incisions are so small it could be hard to detect at a vetting. Plus side they are being upfront and you should get a good price as a result.
