Would be interested to hear some of your tried and tested ideas. We know the mainstream tips, and have prepared carefully for the adjustment, but would be great to hear if there are elements that I havent thought of.
Two existing (neutered male dogs), bringing in placid year old female (to be spayed).

Due to the fact the newbys a bitch I'm sure you'll be fine :) Relax and leave em to it, just be careful at food time till you're confident they've established their pack order. Post again if you have any probs, but as you're an experienced dog owner I'm sure you'll do great.

I agree with gugglebum, they will be fine.
Best thing to do on arrival of the new girl is to take all three for a walk together before having her in the house.
The older dogs might snap at her but that is just establishing the pecking order and unless really nasty I allow them to sort it out together.
