Hiring a hunter

What are good people to hire from for:
a) Ireland- no idea where is the best hunting land, so any pointers?
b) Ledbury?

Know idea who's horses they are but I've been with Ledbury a fair few times, and all the horses have been very well behaved, if that helps.

Also would like to know myself as be good to get a few days in this winter.
