How much would you expect to pay for the sole use of a 20 x60 arena for the day to
Put on a clinic? (Outdoor with some indoor space for coffee tea etc)

I suppose it depends on how commercial the set up is.

When I used to organise low key RC stuff I could get access to facility hire for group lessons for about £25/hour - so £200-250 for a full day.

But if you are going a little more fancy I’d anticipate more.

Hourly rate x how many hours you need it for. I doubt you'll find much for less than £25ph in Cheshire. I would either expect to be given half an hour free (well access in advance of my booked time) to set up or possibly a 10% discount on a full day if I had to pay for the time I was setting up. So in the region of £200 and upwards depending on the arena, parking, etc.

I organise training for an RC and arena hire ranges from £10-30/ hr, depending on whether jumps included, size of arena and how many hours we want to book.

Our PC is organising a show at a local competition centre/agricultural college. These are the rates we have been quoted. We pay after the event for the number of hours used which is great for us.

Otherwise local arenas range between £20 and £50 per hour depending on facilities etc.

I want to move to where you lot are! It's £50 an hour here!

£20 per hour for an indoor <20 minutes from us and £30per hour for a smaller indoor 10 mins from us. Both places do deal if hiring for clinics etc. They also have jumps. The bigger arena is only £15ph if you want a course up.

I know the big £50ph place you mean, but it's massive and designed for polo.

All of them not just Thom's place. Netherton, Howe, Tillyochie, Tillyoch, Snec etc.

We charged £50/hr to hire ours - 60x30m indoor including use of jumps/dressage boards and lights. Multiple hour hires were given a discount.

similar sized outdoors seem to be £20-30 an hour around here.

Between £10 and £25 for an outdoor, £20 to £32 for an indoor.

For a full day, I try and go indoor as it's rough on an instructor to stand in rain all day and the difference isn't much between 4.
