Just wondered if anyone here hires an indoor school and if so how much do you pay?

I use an olympic sized indoor school with newly laid sand surface plus full range of showjumps for £10/hr which I think is pretty good. Its £8 if you book a lesson with someone (dressge or showjump) and £4 for pony club rally.

I have the option of hiring one near to me and it costs £20 per hour and you have to share it with riding school lessons? So not so hot

To rent one near us is £15 an hour, thats for one horse, if you have more then its an extra £5 per horse!

We sometimes rent the one for the RDA, they charge £10 per hour, no matter how many you bring.

I book the local(ish) one twice a week and its £12 an hour or £6 for half an hour. Sometines there is quite a deep track round the outside as it is an RDA centre, but to be honest I think that is a small price to pay for being able to work your horse in comfort at this time of year.

ours at the yard is small- not full size- and with only a few rubbish jumps, and they charge £14 ph, for private hire, which i think is way too much
