Hit air jacket

I'm thinking of buying a second hand hit air jacket so obviously need to get the right size as I can't return it. I'm 5'9" and a size 10 with small boobs. According to the website I'm between the small and the medium. I'd like to wear it all year round and wear a jacket under it but also don't want it too baggy as I probably would avoid wearing it. I'll be hacking rather than competing or jumping and won't be wearing a BP underneath. Does that sound ok? Any idea what size I might be?
I'm in Aberdeenshire and there's no stockists near me to try one on ?

Probably the medium if you want to wear it over a jacket.

I'm the same height, have small boobs but can do a size 12. I'm wearing the medium over a polo shirt in my avatar.

I'm 5'7" and a size 10/12 with small boobs and I have the medium. It is quite "baggy" over just a T shirt but it fits around my shoulders (ie doesn't slide down to either side) and doesn't move around. If you think you're between sizes I'd probably go slightly bigger and tighten up the straps? You wouldn't want it to be too small when winter comes and we're all wearing three coats to ride in!
