hives on chest

post clip done because my cob was too hot and itchy - itchiness much reduced but now hives on chest
What should i do?
When do i ring the vet?
Ive read so much and my head is caffuflled, some say it will go on its own, others say get vet if it bleeds
Today ive washed with diluted hibiscrub, then put an anti itch cream on bought from chemist followed by fly spray
Now im worried ive put too much on!
tips or advice please xxxxxxx

Plenty of fly spray and keep an eye, it should clear up by itself
If it gets tremendously worse or cracks the skin it might be worth getting the vet, but not if it's just bumps usually

No worries mine usually get them from fly bites and buttercups
