Hi,
Took off my horses rugs this morning and found 5 lumps which I am sure are hives. I'm also fairly convinced that it may be due to a new batch of haylage which she started on yesterday morning...it is quite dry and although there are no obvious signs of dust and the haylage itself smells gorgeous I'm wondering if there are spores? There is also quite alot of twigs and leaves.
Has anyone experienced this and anything I should think about doing? The other horses on the yard are all clear and my horse is fine in herself?
