HKM Riding Boots - Any Experiences?

Right, it's birthday present shopping time (for me - hurray!!! )

I have decided I want a smart pair of brown riding boots as I think they finish a nice tweed jacket off a treat and have a budget of around £200. I've just found these and wondered if anyone had any experience of HKM footwear (good or bad)?

They seem reasonably priced and have a choice of fittings. I need a 16" calf if anyone has any other suggestions.

Haven't any advice just sooooo jealous - they're lovely! The price is pretty reasonable too - I paid nearly a hundred quid for my pair of Just Toggs (they're very, very comfortable though). Happy shopping

I had a similar budget and got a pair of bromonts - love them, about a million times more comfortable than my mountain horse ones! Regent also have some gorgeous brown boots.

Ive got some winter fleece lined HKM leather boots. They were an absolute bargain. I paid £50 last summer for them and I absolutely love them.

I brought some of their heavy duty neoprene wellies at Olympia, and they lasted all of about 4 weeks The soles actually split off the boot and then the rubber also split along the top on both boots. Was really disappointed tbh.
However, I don't know what the leatherwork is like.

Anymore experiences? I think I am in love with them but will be devastated if the quality is really bad. Not expecting Konig's for my money but don't want something that is going to fall apart either.

Sorry to revive an old thread...
But did you buy them, Cazzah? What do you think of them?? I'm birthday boot shopping this evening and would love a pair of long brown field boots, but my calves are a tad too chunky (41cm ) for Ariat bromonts, so these seem perfect!
Anyone else have any experiences/reviews of HKM oxford boots? x
