HKM rug sizing

I'm so confused!

Baby cob has won a HKM show fleece. His normal rug size is 5'9" (although we can squeeze 5'6" in some brands) but HKM are German so I'm being told its either 125cm (which the UK distributor has at 5'6") or 135cm (6")

Where are they measuring from to get those centimetre sizes? They don't seem to tie up to UK feet and inches. Given its a show rug I'll probably go a bit smaller but I'd rather run a tape measure over him first

they measure the back seam of the rug, from withers to tail

I am going to double check with @I'm Dun sizing tonight but it sounds like 125cm will work.
