I washed my bedclothes YESTERDAY because they had muddy paw prints on them. Tonight I came in from work, stupidly left the bedroom door open after I got changed.... and later I found this. He is not the cute little darling you think he is.... ???

This morning I left him snuggled up under my duvet when I went to work, he had gone out into the garden and had clearly decided it was too cold because he put himself to bed under my duvet immediately....

I suppose the moral of this story is...Just be grateful that you aren’t as nuts as I am ??

So glad "The Don" only left you with dirty paw prints rather than a horse's head!

I really need to watch the films again because I can’t actually remember the reason for the horses head ? But rest assured, whatever George wants he gets.... immediately.... no arguments.... I know which side my bread is buttered ?

Oh when I look back to those halcyon days when I only had greyhounds and lurchers ???

I think it had something to do with forced casting for a film, the horse belonged to the Director of the film. If you ever make a film of George's life you may want to bear this in mind!!
I hope you're feeling better today :)

George is asleep on the sofa next to me snoring happily.... I’m not sure I trust him..... ?

I’m feeling a bit better thanks ? Life is just too short to be moping around forever so I try not to, but a change of job will mean the world to me. My GP said I shouldn’t be so hard on myself, and I’m forced to see that he may be right.... ?

you shouldn't be hard on yourself. I too suffer from that particular disease. Am on anti depressants now which help. not for everyone I know but helped me no end.

as to little George ???????. Although those paw prints are quite big. Greyhound big???. George is just talking the blame I'm sure ??

I have this all the time from my little lad - if I'm not quick enough he's up the stairs under the covers and cosying down in the bad after a walk. He also seems to leave grit in the bed on dry days which is really uncomfortable. New pup can't do it yet but I'm sure he will teach her soon enough - just last my old girl taught him!

I’ve been on anti depressants for years I have to admit - so I’ve increased my dose to get over this little blip!

I actually did wonder about whether it was a greyhound, but George is a more likely culprit ???

I think it’s a small dog thing!

Roxie is allowed in our bed first thing in the morning while we have a cuppa.

It’s then very hard to persuade her to get up! If she’s given the chance she’d live under the duvet ?

She was definitely not keen to be up this morning.

P.S it’s a spotty duvet cover, it’s not dirty! ?
