My boy won his first ever 1st place rosette on Thursday evening.... Yay!
I am very proud of him.
I gave him Friday off and then took him for a gentle hack yesterday with my OH and his mare.... he was a bit sluggish, but thought no more of it, until I came to ride this morning and the poor boy was obviously lame. I have cold hosed him and he is now standing in his box for the rest of the day looking out at the sun and feeling very sorry for himself.....
... well he would be if he didn't have a haynet!
