I love felting. The animals you make have such a lovely feel to them.
I was going to load a photo of a guinea pig I made; it was supposed to be a pear but it wanted to be a guinea pig so that is what I made.... but thankfully I was told the photo was too large to load! 😂

These are wonderful - thanks for putting them up

Is felting fairly straight-forward to learn? have never tried it

Love the knitted tapirs

they are amazing, do you have any idea of prices as there is nothing on the website, i bet they are thousands

They're wonderful aren't they?

I don't know how much they sell for, but the contact page has a link you can click to email for a price list...

I believe she does open days... no dates posted yet.

I expect many will also know that her late husband Bert Jansch was a very famous folk musician...

I've been felting for a while now, and would say it's fairly easy to learn how to do it, although you should expect your fingers to be spiked on a regular basis! There are many good tutorials on youtube to watch, if you wanted to get an idea of how it works.
I've made many horses and here are some of them, in one pic :)

What I really like about working with wool, is you are not restricted to 3D, you can 'paint' with it also.
