HOGWEED/COW PARSLEY MORE PICS!!!! WHAT IS IT?

Am sure it is hogweed, whatever it is its not cow parsley :rolleyes: i found some more down the lane, exactly the same in the garden and got some better pics, just random bits of it in 2 places, its about 8 - 10ft tall has really big leaves huge stems with white hair, cant beleive the men are convinced am wrong and think its cow parsley!!!

It could be what we used to called Cows Kager (don't know if that is spelt right, I've never seen it written down!) and it is a bigger tougher relative of Cow Parsley and blooms a bit later. Its also harmless. There is Hemlock/Giant Hogweed in a place I know and my god, its mahoosive. At least 5 feet tall and the flower heads are the size of umbrellas, honestly that is no exxaggeration. If this does turn out to be Hemlock, be very careful not to touch it as it is very poisonous and the sap is corrosive. My sister lightly brushed against some and had to go to A&E to have the burn treated.
 
def Hogweed-cow parsley is much more delicate to look at. You want to get rid of it
either chop off at ground level and creosote the chopped stem
or weed kill with a kill all such as round up or if you have any grassland herbicide that will kill it as well
be careful, it doesn't burn like the giant hogweed but it is still an irritant on the skin
