Holding leg up

My cob who is barefoot keeps standing holding his leg in the air towards his belly, I pick and check his feet everyday and there's nothing there he's old turning 19 next month and has a touch of arthritis in his hocks

Agree with last poster - probably an idea to get the vet, could be 101 different things!
