holes in boots does anyone take them to the cobblers?

bought pair of mountain horse boots last year bit disappointed that they haven't lasted very long as they are really nice think it might be something to do with the hot weather where i was working and then the horrible winter do you think it would be possible to get someone to put patches over the holes etc. or am i going to have to fork out for new ones? Bare in mind i am a student and a complete cheap skate

I have just found a split in my mountain horse boots, wouldn't be too happy if i had paid full price for them!

soles are great its on the upper where your toe joint is on the side i paid full price for mine, have really put them through it, but still!

Give Mountain Horse a call and see what they say. I can't remember whether the boots were Ariat or Mountain horse, but one of my friends had a pair that the zip came off within a few weeks. She told her friends (who's a rep) and she had them replaced, free of charge. You never know, it might be worth dropping them a line.

Same place as mine, you can't get that repaired but if they aren't that old get in touch with Mountain Horse as it makes them faulty, it's worth a try!
