Holiday livery kennels/dog watchers in Leicester? (Also in Dogs forum)

I found out that we'll be going away on holiday this summer so now I have to try and find someplace that will look after Pepper (a medium sized border collie/alsatian cross bitch) while we are gone.
Can anyone recommend a holiday livery kennel or someone who watches dogs in their home in Leicestershire?
I googled some but I'm not familiar with alot of places (don't want her being left locked up in some shed for 2 weeks!) and some of the places I rang, are going to cost more than our holiday so price is also a factor!!
Any thoughts?

There are some agencies who will either provide a house sitter, or alternatively will take your dog into their home whilst you are away. They will ask if it gets on with other animals, children etc and put them with asuitable family.
