Holiday livery. What to take/bear in mind?

I'm putting my Thoroughbred on holiday livery whilst I'm away on holiday for 1 week. What should I take/bear in mind/tell them to do when I leave him there? I have a good idea but would like to make sure I've thought of everything

the obvious is feed, and rugs if needed. will they groom him and pick feet out and if so do you need to bring a small grooming kit- brush, hoof pick?
my main question would be, in the event of a nick/ cut, what will they treat it with and do you need to supply this? cream or disinfectant spray? as for example my girl would go mad if someone tried to pray her as she hates it!
