Holidaying with your horse in wales?

Has anyone took their horse away for a few days trail riding in Wales/ borders of wales?
Would love to go off for 2 or 3 days, stay in a horsey b&b and go trail riding.
Would be nice to ride from one horsey b&b to another across bridleways etc, but if not does anyone know of any places where you can stay and ride out from for a few hours riding a day? mainly off road. Would help if the routes were marked on maps to find them easier aswell.
