He is beautiful..I am a Trakehner fan and have a graded mare. Susan Attew will make you most welcome if you haven't visited Holm Park already. Are you into breeding a straight Trakehner or or you looking for a first cross? Anyway I don't think you can go wrong with Legend, he's 3rd generation British bred and so you can see all relatives and of course he is graded and performance tested - something that I think all stallions should be. Good luck.
glad im not the only one who thinks hes one lovely boy. I have had a dvd sent by the stud and am almost sure i will be using him on my pure bred mare. thanks for backing up my thoughts
I agree with jenniendee, i bought a youngster from Holme Trakehners in 2005 by Holme Grove Solomon (1st bay on my sig). I saw Holme Park Legend at the 2006 open day and was very impressed by him. He achieved excellent results at his grading and performance tests and looks to have a promising career under saddle. Susan Attew is very knowledgeable and helpful and the Open days are fabulous to go to. What is your mares breeding? Im fascinated by the trakehner breed!!
my mare is by solomon but i have spoken to the stud and the vet and they dont see a problem with putting her to legend. your trak looks lovely they are such a nice breed to have arent they.
Was your mare bred by Holme Trakehners then? Sounds very exciting stuff!! My filly is out of Holme Grove Cleopatra by HG Istanbul who i believe was there foundation stallion. How old is your mare? Whats her history?? Sorry for all the questions its just im really interested to know all about Tillys relatives. Have found out quite a bit through this forum alone! Oh Tilly btw is Holme Grove Chantelle on the website under 2005 foals.
