Holmstead saddlery sale

There is a saddlery sale tomorrow in my local area, it was advertised in h & h. just wondered if anyone had been to any around country and if worth going? thought i might take a half day of work but would i be better riding instead, says ariat boots from £9.99 and euro star breeches from £20.00. . .

I went to one a few years ago and it was really busy, didn't get any ariat as they didn't have my size, same with the breeches and tops, but did get some minor bargains (leather headcollar, haynets) and some of the rugs are good......

heya, im going to the one at wetherby on sunday- if u have the patience to q you can get some good bargains!

I went to the newmarket one a few years back and got some bargains - we love their rugs and they last well (apart from trashed summer sheets but that's understandable!)

got reins and stuff and some rugby shirts but tbh never looked at boots/jods
